- Account information: your email address, username, display name, and profile details you provide (for invited creators)
- Phone number and optional nickname: when you use a public payment link (dwmt.com/username) as a guest, to verify your identity and deliver the creator's reply via SMS
- Usage data: pages visited, features used, and interactions with the Service
- Device information: browser type, operating system, and IP address
- Payment information: transaction metadata processed through Stripe. DWMT does not store card numbers; Stripe is the direct processor of your payment to the creator
- Communications: messages and content you send through the Service
2. How We Use Your Information
We use collected information to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
- Facilitate payments to creators via Stripe Connect (DWMT does not hold your funds; money flows directly from your card to the creator's Stripe account)
- Send SMS for phone verification and creator-reply notifications (see our Terms for opt-out)
- Send service-related communications
- Enforce our Terms of Service and protect against misuse
- Comply with legal obligations
3. Information Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:
- Service providers: third parties that help operate the Service (e.g., hosting, payment processing, analytics)
- Legal requirements: when required by law, court order, or governmental authority
- Safety: when necessary to protect the rights, safety, or property of DWMT, our users, or the public

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Guest (phone-only) accounts and their associated messages are retained to let you return and view conversations; you may request deletion at any time (see Your Rights). Payment records are retained as required by tax and financial regulations. We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes after account deletion.
