DWMT may offer paid features, including paid direct messages and wallet functionality. All payments are processed through third-party payment providers. You agree to their terms when initiating transactions. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
You retain ownership of content you create on DWMT. By posting content, you grant DWMT a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with operating the Service. You are solely responsible for the content you share.
The Service, including its design, branding, and underlying technology, is owned by DWMT. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service without prior written consent.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause. You may delete your account by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DWMT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
